We accept cash, MC/Visa, American Express or Discover Card and personal checks. For general medical care, we will work with you regarding our rates and can arrange payment schedules for our patients who are not comfortable with the full fee. We do not process health insurance claims for you. However, we do provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Dr. Ores does not participate in managed care because HMO type systems do not allow Dr. Ores to offer you the time and attention that are necessary for excellent service and attention to your medical needs.

Also, insurance companies require hours upon hours of telephone time and paperwork for even the simplest task. You will only need to follow one claim (yours). As a medical office, we would have to chase down hundreds of claims from dozens of different plans. It is just not feasible for us to process insurance claims on your behalf.

For cosmetic laser treatments and USCIS exams, payment in full is expected at the time of service.
